it has become a member of COWI North America, Inc. which is part of COWI A/S of Denmark. In a
proactive and well planned move designed to prepare the firm for ownership transition, and to provide
capital backing for OCC’s unprecedented growth, OCC will join the COWI family of companies. OCC will work
closely with COWI Bridge, Tunnel and Marine group that includes Ben C. Gerwick, Inc. (San Francisco,
CA) who specializes in marine deep foundations and concrete structures. COWI’s international marine
